Terms and Conditions BD77 – Complete Guide for Platform Members

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and bd77 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of the bd77.pw website, the bd77 mobile app, and all related services we provide.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the BD77 platform.

2. User Eligibility

8. Account Termination & Suspension

BD77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Suspected fraud or hacking activity
• Failure to pass KYC checks or submit the requested documents
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies

If your account is terminated due to fraud or a breach of these Terms, bd77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including real money and bonuses. If termination is for any other reason, your real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you after the investigation is concluded.

9. Limitation of Liability
